What Are Symptoms of Low Self Esteem?



1.Drowning yourself in unhappiness?



You start to drag others down about your problems and if your case is bad enough,
it can lead you to criminal behavior and/or drug abuse!!





2.Being too hard on oneself?



If you’re not satisfied with yourself because you view yourself as a failure,
you won’t be able to participate in the normal,
average activities that others will do.
Now, everyone has failures, and everyone makes mistakes.
The thins is this,try to see yourself with “kind eyes”.
Forgive yourself for those mistakes, because they only make you more human!



3.Brooding too much on the future and its uncertain nature?



Which causes you to not live in the present and therefore,
further making you even more upset.
